How a New Roof Adds to Your Home’s Value

Investing in upgrades or renovations is one of the many important decisions homeowners make when planning to put their homes on the market. The idea is to increase property values and attract potential buyers, especially those looking for new and energy-efficient features. Among the many home upgrades that can help in that regard is a new roof. Pressure Point Roofing, Inc. explains further.

How a New Roof Adds to Your Home’s Value

Improved Curb Appeal

One of the most notable benefits of a new residential roofing system is the instant improvement in your home’s curb appeal. With various materials and colors available, you can perfectly tailor your new roof to suit your home’s style and design. As a Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we offer high-quality asphalt shingles that come with plenty of color and profile options to boost the appearance of homes regardless of their architectural style.

Energy Efficiency

Beyond aesthetics, a new roof can also help you save on energy bills. Did you know that insulation could reduce your heating and cooling costs? Enhanced insulation and ventilation in modern roofing systems dissipate heat and keep external temperatures out, making your home more comfortable and energy-efficient. Plus, many environmentally friendly roofing options are available, so you can positively impact the planet while boosting your home’s value.

Low Maintenance

A new roof often means less maintenance in the years to come. Modern roofing materials are designed for durability and long-lasting performance, minimizing the need for roof repair. Imagine if you didn’t need to repair your roof frequently, which means it has a longer lifespan and durability. Now, think of how potential buyers will appreciate it — they would probably love a low-maintenance roof as one of the reasons to seal the deal.

Increased Home Value

A new roof can provide a significant return on investment regarding your home’s resale value. A new roofing system from a top manufacturer greatly appeals to potential buyers. They would most likely want to buy your property at the value you set. With all these benefits combined, it’s no wonder that a new roof is an investment that pays off in the long run.

Warranty and Insurance Benefits

When you install a new roof, you’ll often benefit from extended warranties provided by roofing manufacturers, giving you additional peace of mind. Furthermore, a new roof means you (or the buyer) would be paying for reduced insurance premiums, as insurance companies recognize the decreased risk of damage or leaks associated with a newer roof.

When you’re ready to take the next step, work with a trusted roofing company with years of extensive industry experience. Pressure Point Roofing, Inc. is a trusted name in the local area for high-quality roof maintenance and replacement services. Client Reviews

I just wanna give a shout out to one of your guys who jumped out of vehicle to help me push my van out from 62 onto coker Butte this morning awesome job and thank you so much..

No hassles, no stress roofing contractor.

We've worked with a number of contractors over the years doing home improvement projects and I can say that, without question, working with Pressure Point was about as easy as it gets.

Everything about the project, from sales all the way to final inspection, went like clockwork and without a hitch.  They delivered more than they promised, on time and within budget.   We could not have been happier with their personnel, products and services.  Highly recommended!

I've changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 stars. Matt Stone got right on a pretty poor job done installing a skylight. He had his guys remove the skylight, move it, repair the roof and inside ceiling to its original state, paint it, repair some external trim that was damaged, and all within a few days after talking to him about the multiple problems. It was really an eyesore from the inside. I'd give a 5 star if this had been done well the first time. The skylight just didn't fit the space I first wanted it and was told it would. More communication about the potential problems might have allowed this to be done right the first time. But, Pressure Point Roofing gets 5 starts for making amends and correcting a pretty ugly problem, very fast! Thank you.

I needed someone to come out to take a look at a leaky roof. I contacted Pressure Point Roofing, Inc. and they came out the same day. They gave me a quote to fix the problem and I agreed to their terms. It was about 4PM and I knew they closed at 5PM but they stayed and fixed the leak at no additional cost. I was very happy and impressed. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Pressure Point Roofing for earning our families trust. Will definitely be doing business with you again.

Wouldn't be good if I didn't think the best of my own company right?!

Matt Stone

Excellent experience, prompt and professional estimate, showed up on schedule (actually a day early) and did a thorough and complete job. All personnel were professional, polite and great at their jobs. Would recommend to anyone.

I am so happy I chose Pressure Point to replace my 40-year-old roof.  The crew was professional, efficient, and answered all my questions, addressed the few concerns I raised, and made me feel comfortable, trusting them with such a big project.  I couldn't be happier with their work and the look of my new roof.
