General Questions

What areas does Pressure Point Roofing serve? +

We serve Medford, Central Point, Grants Pass, Ashland, and the entire Rogue Valley — plus surrounding Southern Oregon communities. For commercial roofing we also serve parts of Northern California and Southern Washington. Not sure if you're in our area? Give us a call.

Are you licensed and insured? +

Yes. Pressure Point Roofing is licensed in Oregon (CCB#258862), California (#1150090), and Washington (#604-672-083), and we carry full liability and workers' compensation insurance. You're protected on every job.

How long have you been in business? +

We've been roofing Southern Oregon since 1989 — that's 35 years and counting. We're family-owned and have built our business almost entirely on referrals and repeat customers.

Do you offer free estimates? +

Always. Every estimate is free, written, and completely no-pressure. We inspect your roof, document what we find, and explain your options clearly before any work begins.

Roof Replacement & Repair

How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement? +

It depends on your roof's age, the extent of the damage, and whether problems are isolated or widespread. A few missing shingles usually means a repair; widespread wear, multiple leaks, or an aging roof often points to replacement. Our free inspection gives you an honest answer either way — we'll never push a replacement you don't need.

How long does a roof replacement take? +

Most residential roof replacements take one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of your roof and the weather. We'll give you a clear timeline with your written estimate.

What roofing materials do you install? +

We install asphalt shingle, standing-seam and metal, tile, slate, and cedar shake for residential homes, plus TPO, PVC, single-ply, and metal systems for commercial buildings. We'll help you choose the right system for your home, budget, and how long you plan to stay.

How long will my new roof last? +

It depends on the material: quality asphalt shingles last 25–30 years, while a standing-seam metal roof can last 50–70 years. We back every installation with a workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty.

Storm Damage & Insurance

Do you help with insurance claims? +

Yes. We document your storm or hail damage with photos, meet with your insurance adjuster, and advocate for a fair, complete claim. Call us before you call your insurance company so the damage is properly documented first.

My roof is leaking right now — can you help fast? +

Absolutely. We offer 24/7 emergency tarping to stop the damage immediately, then schedule the permanent repair. Call us any time and we'll get a crew headed your way.

Should I work with an out-of-town storm-chaser crew? +

We'd advise against it. Storm chasers follow weather, do quick work, and disappear — leaving you with no one to honor the warranty. As an established, 35-year local company, we'll be here long after the storm.

Pricing & Financing

How much does a new roof cost? +

Roof pricing depends on size, pitch, material, and the condition of the existing roof. The best way to get a real number is a free, written estimate — we'll measure, inspect, and give you one clear price with no hidden fees.

Do you offer financing? +

Yes. We offer flexible roof financing so you can get the roof you need now and pay over time with low monthly payments (with approved credit). Ask about your options during your free estimate.

Do you offer any discounts? +

We run seasonal promotions and offer savings on full replacements — check our promotions page for current offers, or ask your estimator what's available when you book.
