Larry Sykes
Larry has worked in and been associated with the roofing industry for over thirty-eight years, first selling cedar shake roof restorations in Sacramento, California, in 1987. Larry’s always been open to new challenges, which has helped him acquire the skill sets he now uses to help Pressure Point achieve its goals. Throughout his professional career, Larry has served in various leadership positions and managed both sales and operations in the roofing and home improvement field, giving him a perspective that helps PPR succeed. Cory Sieg
Cory is a lifelong Rogue Valley resident and accounting enthusiast who has been an integral part of Pressure Point Roofing since 2012. She has called the Rogue Valley home her entire life, and it’s clear how much she loves this community and especially her family. Between family life and her career, she’s always on the go but somehow manages to balance it all with grace (and probably a lot of coffee!). Darron Scott
Darron gained much of the knowledge needed to estimate complex commercial projects as a commercial Foreman for Pressure Point. His past experience leading a crew, hands-on experience installing many different roofing systems, and working with both owners and General Contractors have prepared him well for his responsibilities. Darron is OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certified. Commercial estimating requires the ability to read and understand blueprints, interpreting architectural drawings and specifications, technical knowledge, problem solving, problem management, and client relations.
