I had a crew of five wonderful, kind, pleasant men that came in got to work, they each knew what they needed to do and they did it. I never saw anyone standing around. Trying to figure out what comes next, in fact, there was one young man that enjoyed his work so much. Every once in awhile you could hear him singing at the top of his lungs.
