Brian Fisher
Vice President & Integrator

They say that the art of balance in business starts with balance in you. This describes Brian Fisher throughout the growth of Pressure Point from a $1.2 million company to generating over $14 million annually. Brian often serves as the voice of balance. Brian is a part-owner of PPR, where every day, multiple decisions that affect current and future operations need to be made. What are the risks? What are the benefits? What is the required investment in equipment and people? To be made right, all of these decisions need a voice of reason, a voice of balance. This is one of Brian’s greatest strengths.
Brian grew up in the Rogue Valley, graduated from Crater High, and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Ogden Utah Mission. Brian’s motto is “Have I done any good in the world today?”.
As Pressure Point has grown, Brian has overseen sales, operations, and safety, where he is OSHA 10 and CPR certified. Brian not only brings balance to PPR’s daily operations but also uses his knowledge to drive quality control and, most importantly, the team member and customer experience. Brian is an avid hiker, a devoted husband to Shawna Fisher, a proud father, and an ecstatic grandfather. His ability to balance work and family life demands is a testament to his character and dedication.
