Pressure Point Roofing has continued to thrive over the past 35 years of being in business, and Dustin has been a part of that transformation. Dustin’s twenty-four-plus years at PPR have given him the knowledge and experience needed to fill his role as Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager, Dustin ensures our customers receive the highest customer service. He does this by overseeing crew hires, schedules, training, budgets, and a myriad of other daily tasks. Dustin is OSHA 10 certified, Lead Paint Certified, Off-Road Reach Lift Certified, and OSHA Fall Protection Certified. His years of experience in the roofing industry provide him with a wealth of knowledge that he is able to pass on to the PPR team and improve the customer experience.

Dustin believes staying true to his faith and family helps him be his best. Incorporating this attitude into his actions has helped PPR become the company it is today and will continue to help Pressure Point thrive in the future as we continue to transform and strive to be the best for our employees and the communities we serve.
