Melony Tracy

Organization and attention to detail are skill sets that every company needs. Melony uses these every day to help make Pressure Point a great place to work and to improve the customer experience. Melony grew up in the Rogue Valley and worked in education before coming to Pressure Point. Melony enjoys hiking and running. Once she placed second in a half marathon for her age group.

Melony’s motto is “progress not perfection,” which means she constantly works to improve her position, enhancing the customer experience. No matter what the challenge is, Melony is happy to take it on, and because of her ability to organize and pay attention to details, she makes the company better.
