Matt Stone
President & Visionary

Matt is the driving force behind the success of Pressure Point Roofing. When asked what brought them to Pressure Point, it’s common to hear team members say, “Matt Stone”. Starting as a foreman, Matt quickly climbed the ranks, taking on roles in sales and operations, and eventually purchased the company in 2009. Under his guidance, Pressure Point has soared from a $1.2 million business to a thriving enterprise generating over $14 million in annual revenue. Even during the challenging Great Recession, Matt steered the company through turbulent waters, emerging stronger than ever. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to expand operations to Eugene, Oregon, where he successfully built and sold a second location after a decade of growth. Matt adheres to a simple quote: “I ask myself, would an idiot do that? If the answer is yes, I do not do that thing,” Dwight Schrute.
Matt served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Adelaide, Australia Mission. He has continued his service in various leadership roles within the church, including his current position as Ward Bishop. Matt is a recognized member of the Rogue Valley community, having served on the Eagle Point School Board since 2020 and been a Vistage group member since 2020.
Matt has served on the Duro-Last Contractor Advisory Board, Founded Stone Heating and Air, and served on Ferguson’s HVAC dealer advisory committee. With all the business success Matt has had, his greatest successes are his home life and family. At Pressure Point Roofing, the motto is “Do it Right, Make it Right, Do it Better.” Matt’s leadership embodies this commitment to quality and excellence, driving the company to new heights.
