Safety is and should always be top of mind for any company. Roofing is a dangerous profession and one of Pressure Points main priorities is making sure every crew member is safe and goes home at the end of the day. Lance’s goal each and every day is to do what it takes to make that happen.

Lance has been a part of, led or coached teams for over three decades. He knows and understands what teams can accomplish when there is a common goal. With this knowledge he jumped at the chance to join the Pressure Point Roofing team to lead the company’s commitment to safety. Lance knows that a team is successful when each member does their part with dedication and integrity. ‘What e’er thou art, act well thy part” is his favorite phrase.

Safety is not something that is discussed on a casual basis once a month at a company meeting. Safety is daily training and practice. Lance is responsible to ensure our team is well trained and prepared for the challenges they face. Outside of work Lance enjoys his family and volunteers at the local middle school where he has coached football and track for nearly a decade.
